Pricing: two parts, one subscription.

Odins is priced as a fixed annual subscription in two parts: the data platform that collects and structures all your marketing data, and the models we build and run on it. Everything else is included, for as many users as you like. We don't publish list prices, because the number depends on your markets and channels. After a 30-minute call, you'll have one.

How we price

The two parts of the price.

Both are fixed annual amounts, so the invoice does not move with your media spend. Add the two together and you have the price.

The data platform
The models
What it is
The data platformWe collect and structure all your marketing data, digital and offline, into one dataset in your own hierarchy of markets and product lines, and keep it flowing.
The modelsA Bayesian marketing mix model per market, built by our team, retrained every month and delivered with recommendations an analyst has reviewed.
What sets the price
The data platformThe scope of your data: how many markets and sources, and whether TV, radio and other offline media are part of it.
The modelsHow many models you run. One per market.
What you get
The data platformReporting across every channel in the platform, and the dataset in your own data warehouse if you want it there.
The modelsBudget size and allocation, scenarios and forecasts on demand, and monthly recommendations, in the platform or from your own AI assistant.
On its own
The data platformYes. Some companies start with the data platform and add a model later.
The modelsNo. A model runs on the structured data under it.
What's included

The subscription covers the whole service.

No per-user fees, no per-connector fees, and no charge for retraining, support or meetings. If it is on this list, it is in the price.

  • Every data integration, API sources and offline media alike, set up, maintained and monitored by our team
  • The model, built by us and retrained every month, with recommendations an Odins analyst has reviewed
  • Scenarios and forecasts whenever you need them, in the platform or from Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot
  • Unlimited users, so finance and leadership can ask the same questions as marketing
  • A dedicated customer success manager, support, and a quarterly strategy meeting with our team

What moves the price

What moves the price, and what doesn't.

The price follows the scope of the work we take on, not how much you use the result.

What moves the price

  • The number of markets, since each market gets its own model
  • The breadth of your data: the number of sources, and offline media such as TV and radio that need a pipeline
  • A separate model for a segment that runs its own channels and revenue, when the data supports it

What doesn't

  • How many people use it
  • How many scenarios and forecasts you run
  • The size of your media budget
  • The monthly retrain, the analyst review and the support
  • Where the dataset lands: the platform, or your own data warehouse too

Starting smaller

Some companies start with the data platform and add the model when a budget decision calls for it. Others start with one market and add the next once the first model runs; what it learned about your channels becomes the starting point for the next.

Getting a price

From a first conversation to a number.

From the first call to a running model. Your time goes into the first step and a few meetings.

01

A 30-minute conversation

You tell us your markets, channels and the budget questions you want answered. Odins is for companies with a marketing budget above EUR 1M a year and a sales signal the model can learn from, and we say so early if that is not you.

Book a demo
02

A written proposal

A price for your setup: the data platform, the number of models, and everything that comes with it, written out. Standard terms: a 12-month subscription, invoiced annually.

What's included
03

Sign and start

You grant access through an onboarding link and the data work starts. Digital sources connect through the link, and with a good media agency the offline history is in place within a day.

How the service runs
04

The first model

Typically ready in weeks, after two or three clarification meetings with your team. From then on, data comes in daily, the model is retrained monthly, and the price is the one in the proposal.

How the model works
FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

How much does Odins cost?

We don't publish a list price. Odins is a fixed annual subscription made up of two parts: the data platform, and the models we run on it, one per market. The number depends on how many markets you have and the data we bring in, so we give it after a first conversation. It is not a share of your media spend, and it does not change with the number of users.

Why don't you publish prices?

Because two companies with the same marketing budget can need very different setups: one market or four, digital only or TV and radio as well. One list price would be wrong for most of them. A 30-minute call is enough for us to give you a number, and you get it in writing.

What is the pricing model: per user, per model or per media spend?

Per model, on top of the data platform. Each market gets its own model. Users are unlimited, and the price does not move with your media spend.

What counts as one model?

One market, modeled on its total revenue with every channel in it, digital and offline. Products and segments are dimensions in the data, not separate models, unless a segment runs its own channels and revenue and the data supports a model of its own. A second market gets its own model; it is faster to build, because what the first model learned about your channels becomes its starting point. How the model works.

Is there a free trial?

No. A trial would need a model, and a model needs your data connected and structured first, which is most of the work. What we do instead is a demo of the data setup, the model and the monthly cycle for channels like yours, and a first conversation where we say plainly whether Odins is a fit. Book a demo.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

There is no separate setup fee. Collecting and structuring your data is one of the two parts of the price, and it covers the onboarding work: the integrations, the pipeline for offline media and the clarification meetings while the first model is built.

Does the price include people, or only software?

Both. Odins is a managed platform: the subscription includes the team that sets up and maintains every integration, builds and retrains the model, reviews every recommendation before you see it, and meets you every quarter. You don't need a data science team of your own. See the managed service.

Can we start with the data platform alone?

Yes. Some companies use Odins only for the data: all marketing data, digital and offline, structured into one dataset in their own hierarchy and delivered to their own data warehouse. A model can be added later. See data integration.

What if we use a platform you have no connector for?

We can integrate almost any source with an API. Whether we build a dedicated connector or use a simpler import depends on the source, and it is handled during onboarding, inside the data platform price. See the connectors.

What are the contract terms?

A 12-month subscription, invoiced annually in advance, that renews unless you give one month's written notice before the renewal date. You own all your data throughout, and it is always available to you.

Who owns the data if we leave?

You do. Everything you provide, and everything we collect and structure for you, remains your property. It can sit in your own data warehouse while you are a customer, and you get a final export in a standard format such as CSV if you leave.

How does this compare with building MMM in-house or buying it from an agency?

An open-source framework is free to download; the cost is the data work, the monthly retraining and the people who know Bayesian statistics. Odins is one subscription that covers the data, the model and the team running it. We compare the options in detail on our pages on building in-house, Google Meridian: build vs buy and agency MMM.
