What to change next month, and why.
Every month Odins turns the model into a short list of actions: increase this, cut that, test the uncertain. Each with expected impact, a confidence range, and our team's review before it reaches you.

Most measurement produces reports. Reports describe last quarter, recommend nothing concrete, and are stale by the time anyone acts.
The 50-page report
A yearly analysis lands with fanfare and files itself away. By spring nobody remembers the conclusions.
Vague advice
'Invest more in upper funnel' is not something you can put in next month's channel plan.
Untested hunches
New channels get tried without a design, so the result convinces nobody and the debate restarts next quarter.
A short list of moves, not a report.
The model retrains on fresh data every month and produces specific recommendations. Our team reviews every one before it reaches you, and each carries its expected impact and a confidence range.
- Increase, cut or hold, channel by channel, with the expected impact quantified
- Tight confidence range: act. Wide range: the model proposes a test instead
- Human review on every recommendation before delivery
- Results feed back into the model, so next month's list is sharper
Channel contribution, 80% ranges
from the posteriorA tight range is a decision. A wide range is a test plan, with cost boundaries.
When the model is uncertain, we test.
Honest uncertainty is the feature. Instead of guessing on a weak signal, Odins designs the experiment that settles it: budget, duration, and clear success criteria.
- Test designs with cost boundaries, so an experiment never becomes a leap of faith
- Results flow back into the model and tighten the estimate for good
- You build a growing library of settled questions instead of recurring debates
Recommendations are one part of one system.
The same structured data and the same model power every recommendation, scenario and report in Odins.

Frequently asked questions.
What does a monthly recommendation actually look like?
A short, ranked list of concrete moves: increase channel A by a set amount, reduce channel B, hold the rest. Each with expected impact and a confidence range, reviewed by our team first.
Who decides what gets implemented?
You do. Odins recommends, your team decides what goes into action. The model then measures what actually happened.
What if we disagree with a recommendation?
Good. The reasoning is transparent: contribution, saturation and uncertainty per channel. Challenge it, and if the evidence is thin the model will say so itself.
How do tests work in practice?
The platform proposes a design: which channel, what budget, how long, and what counts as success. You run it, the result flows back into the model, and the estimate tightens.
How is this different from a yearly MMM project?
A yearly project hands you a report. Odins runs monthly, so recommendations arrive while they are still actionable, and every recommendation is checked against what happened next.
