Your data. Your model. Your contract.
Everything you give Odins, and everything Odins builds from it, is your property. During the contract and after it. Your agency can work in it as much as you want; the contract and the data stay with you.
Data
Every channel, online and offline, plus sales and revenue. Structured, fully managed.
Model
Bayesian MMM, built on what your team already knows and verified against actuals.
Decisions
Budget recommendations, scenarios and reports. Reviewed by our team before delivery.
Results feed the next model, and the loop repeats.
What that means in practice.
Five things you can hold us to. The data terms are in the data processing agreement every customer signs.
- You own it. All data you provide, and everything Odins collects and structures for you, is your exclusive property. Odins processes it on your behalf and shares nothing with third parties without your written consent.
- Agency-independent. Give your media agency as much access as you like: they can plan, run scenarios and pull reports. The contract and the data are still yours. Change agency, and the model, the history and the priors stay where they are.
- Export while you are a customer. Structured marketing and sales data can be pushed to your own data warehouse, so your analysts work on the same numbers in their own tools.
- Leave with everything. If you stop using Odins, you get a final export in a standard format such as CSV. We then delete or return what remains within 30 days.
- Stored in the EU. Your data is stored and processed in Google Cloud's EU regions. Personal data leaves the EEA only to the sub-processors on our register, under their data processing agreements and the EU standard contractual clauses.
What we actually process.
The modelling data is aggregated marketing and sales data. It contains no personal data.
- Marketing data. Spend, impressions and campaign-level results from your ad platforms, TV, radio and other channels, structured into one hierarchy.
- Sales and business data. Revenue, orders or applications by market and product, plus the business drivers you choose to include, such as pricing and promotions.
- Platform users. The only personal data we hold for a customer is the name, business email and login metadata of the people you give access. It can be exported or deleted within 30 days on request.
Questions people ask before they sign.
Who owns the data in Odins?
You do. All data you provide, and everything Odins collects, structures and models for you, is your exclusive property. Odins is the data processor; you are the controller. We share nothing with third parties without your written consent.
Can our media agency use Odins on our behalf?
Yes, with whatever access you choose to give them. The contract and the data are always with you, never with the agency. If you change agency, the model, the history and the priors stay in place and the new agency picks up where the old one left off.
What happens to our data if we stop using Odins?
You leave with everything. We deliver a final export in a standard format such as CSV, and then delete or return what remains within 30 days, as the data processing agreement requires.
Can we export our data while we are a customer?
Yes. Structured marketing and sales data can be pushed to your own data warehouse, so your team can work on the same numbers in their own tools.
Where is our data stored?
In Google Cloud's EU regions. Personal data leaves the EEA only to the sub-processors on our register, each under their own data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses.
Does Odins process personal data?
Almost none. The modelling data is aggregated marketing and sales data with no personal data in it. The only personal data we hold for a customer is the name, business email and login metadata of the users you give access, and that can be exported or deleted within 30 days on request.
Marketing spend, modeled like an investment.
Ask us anything about data ownership, export or the DPA. We answer in plain language.
