Alternatives
The best Ruler Analytics alternatives.
Looking past Ruler Analytics for marketing mix modelling? If the question is how much to spend and where, with TV and other offline media in the picture, the strongest alternative is Odins: one managed Bayesian model per market, next to the attribution you already run. Odins is ours, so we say it up front. Four more options follow, sorted by who they fit.

The alternatives
Five alternatives, sorted by fit.
Ruler Analytics is a UK measurement platform that ties leads, calls and forms to revenue, with attribution and an MMM layer on its top plan. These five take a different route. The best-for lines say which one suits you.

01
Odins
Managed Bayesian platform That's usBest Ruler Analytics alternative for budget size and allocation, with offline media in the model.
Odins is a managed marketing investment platform. Ruler starts from each lead and its revenue. Odins starts from the budget: one Bayesian model per market, with TV, radio, OOH and print next to digital, and pricing and promotions in the same model. Priors are set with your team in 2 to 3 working sessions. Data flows in daily and scenarios and forecasts are yours to run any time; the model is retrained monthly and a person reviews each recommendation. It sits next to attribution rather than replacing it. Disclosure: this is our platform.

02
Funnel Measure
Data platformBest for teams that want measurement on top of the data hub they already run.
Stockholm's marketing data hub, with MMM, attribution and incrementality layered on its own data foundation and updated daily. The three methods cross-check each other instead of sitting in one model. Deepest across digital sources.

03
Lifesight
Unified measurementBest for global retail, DTC and travel brands that want unified measurement with agent execution.
Causal MMM, geo-based incrementality testing and attribution in one product, with AI agents that can push changes to the ad platforms within guardrails. Lifesight does not state its inference method publicly. Pricing on request.

Google Meridian
Open-source frameworkBest open-source option for teams with data scientists and geo-level data.
Google's Bayesian framework, the most packaged of the open three, with the strongest budget optimizer and native geo-level modeling. You build and maintain everything yourself, and a 2026 academic review flags the default uniform priors as a misuse risk. Free license, paid for in staff and time.
Bayesian framework · Self-hosted · Your team runs it Odins vs Meridian -
05
Meta Robyn
Open-source frameworkBest free way to get a first directional MMM inside a week.
The package that made MMM feel free, and the most automated of the three. It is frequentist rather than Bayesian, returns a set of candidate models to choose between, and Meta has stopped active development. Fine for a first look. Think twice before betting the measurement stack on it.

Which alternative for which need.
Start from the question you need answered first: where leads came from, or how big the budget should be.
Sources as listed above. Where a vendor does not state something publicly, we left it out.
Four reasons to look for a Ruler Analytics alternative.
Ruler does lead and call attribution well and publishes its prices. These are the reasons teams add or choose something else for the budget model.
- The first question is the size of the total budget, before which lead came from where
- TV, radio, OOH or print carry real budget and need to sit inside the model
- You want the MMM inference method and refresh cadence stated plainly
- You want the model built and run for you, with a person reviewing every recommendation
The budget question, answered by one model.
Odins does not replace attribution. It answers the question attribution cannot: how much the total budget should be, and where it pays.
- Priors set in 2 to 3 working sessions, from your spend history, digital saturation signals and structured interviews
- TV, radio, OOH and print in the same model as digital, next to pricing and promotions
- Results from lift and geo tests you have run are taken into the model, and a structured test is proposed when a channel is uncertain
- Data flows in daily and scenarios and forecasts run any time, in the platform or from Claude via the Odins MCP; the retrain and reviewed recommendation are monthly
- Forecasts stored before actuals arrive, so the model's record is there to inspect

Frequently asked questions.
What is the best alternative to Ruler Analytics?
It depends on the question. For budget size and allocation with offline media in the model, run for you, Odins is the alternative we would point to, and yes, it is ours. For measurement on top of a data hub, Funnel Measure. For unified measurement with agent execution, Lifesight. For an in-house Bayesian model, Google Meridian. For a free first look, Meta Robyn.
How is Odins different from Ruler Analytics?
Ruler matches leads, calls and forms to revenue and adds an MMM layer. Odins is a managed Bayesian marketing mix model for the total budget and its split, offline media included, and it complements attribution. The full comparison, with sources: Odins vs Ruler Analytics.
Is there a Ruler Analytics alternative for call tracking?
None of the five on this list is a call tracking tool. If call and form tracking is the job, look at dedicated call tracking vendors. The options here are for the budget model that sits next to that tracking.
Can we keep Ruler and add Odins?
Yes. The two do different jobs. Ruler keeps tracking each lead to revenue. Odins models spend per channel against that revenue, with offline media and business drivers, to size and split the budget.
What does a Ruler Analytics alternative cost?
Ruler publishes indicative pricing, with MMM on the Advanced plan from GBP 1,499 a month. Google Meridian and Meta Robyn are free to license and paid for in staff time. Most commercial platforms on this list do not publish pricing, ours included. Odins is a subscription priced for the budget it optimizes, for companies with a marketing budget from EUR 1M to several hundred million a year, with the team included and no data science hires needed.
