Running an RFP? Start here.
One address, one named contact, and the documents procurement asks for before the first meeting. Send us the RFP, the RFI or the questionnaire, and you hear back from a named person within one business day.
Data
Every channel, online and offline, plus sales and revenue. Structured, fully managed.
Model
Bayesian MMM, built on what your team already knows and verified against actuals.
Decisions
Budget recommendations, scenarios and reports. Reviewed by our team before delivery.
Results feed the next model, and the loop repeats.
From RFP to a written proposal.
Most evaluations go through these steps. Yours can skip any of them.

What the vendor form asks for.
The fields every supplier registration wants, in one place.
What we send on request.
Ask for it at sales@odins.ai and it arrives with the first reply.
- A security summary: the content of our security and trust page, in a document you can file.
- Our Data Processing Agreement template, built on the EDPB Article 28 standard clauses, or a review of yours.
- The Sub-processor Register: every vendor that can touch customer data, where it runs, and the transfer basis.
- The service-level agreement.
- A summary of the Business Continuity Plan, with the full version under NDA.
- For banks and financial entities: the DORA ICT addendum.
- Reference customers, with their approval, once we know what you want to ask them.
Questions procurement asks.
Do you respond to RFPs from outside the Nordics?
Yes. We work with customers in any market, and from 2026 we are expanding outside the Nordics and working also in the UK. The product and the team are not tied to one region.
Do you have ISO 27001 or SOC 2?
Not yet. We hold no certificate or report of our own; our infrastructure, Google Cloud, is certified under ISO/IEC 27001, 27017 and 27018, and an ISO 27001 and SOC 2 programme is under way. We say so in every questionnaire rather than imply something we do not have. The full picture is on our security and trust page.
Will you fill in our security questionnaire and our DPA?
Yes to both. Large buyers often arrive with their own DPA or the Norwegian SSA-L standard, and we review that paper against our positions. The questionnaire comes back with every answer naming the mechanism, the tool and the cadence.
Can we talk to a reference customer?
Yes, with their approval. Tell us what you want to ask, and we find the customer whose situation is closest to yours.
Is there a free trial?
No. We offer a demo and a first conversation instead, and the value estimate for your business comes from your own model once it runs.
How is Odins priced?
As a fixed annual subscription in two parts: the data platform that collects and structures your data, and the models we run on it, one per market. Users are unlimited. We don't publish list prices; after the first conversation you get a number in writing. See how we price.
Can we evaluate on a single market first?
Yes. One model per market means an evaluation can start with one market and add the others afterwards.
Send us the RFP.
A named contact replies within one business day with receipt, questions and the vendor pack.
