No standups. You're trusted to run with tasks and share progress when useful. Bugs get fixed immediately, not added to a backlog. Day-to-day is coding, designing, problem-solving, improving the platform with devs and data scientists.

Senior Fullstack Developer
Oslo, Norway · Full-Time — You will build and improve the Odins platform. That means designing and shipping product features, keeping the system healthy, and making sure what we build stays simple and reliable as we grow. You'll work where the impact is highest — frontend, backend, or the glue between. Report directly to our CTO Stephen.
Customer Facing Role — Title TBD
Oslo, Norway · Full-Time — You'll be the person our customers trust. Onboard new customers, get their data in, get them up and running, set expectations. Be the ongoing point of contact — translate analytical outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for CMOs and CEOs. We call it 'art meets SaaS' — make the outputs valuable and actionable.
Build and ship the Odins platform
You'll work across the full stack — React Router 7, TypeScript, Mantine on the frontend; Node.js, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM on the backend. Infrastructure runs on GCP with BigQuery, Cloud Run, Docker, Berry, and Terraform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, ship, and maintain features on the Odins platform
- Translate product needs into clear, scalable technical solutions
- Own what you deliver: quality, performance, architecture, and operability
- Improve engineering practices (codebase, tooling, tests, deploys)
- Make good trade-offs between speed now and maintainability later

What we're looking for
Required:
- 5+ years building and running production software
- Strong TypeScript or similar (Java, C#, etc.)
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and data-facing parts of a product
- Track record of solving real problems and delivering impact
- Solid technical judgement and ability to align with business goals
Preferred:
- Experience in startups or high-growth teams
- Familiar with modern web/backend frameworks, cloud infrastructure (CI/CD), and mentoring
- Mentoring or leading technical efforts

Be the person our customers trust
Odins builds machine learning models that show companies the real effect their marketing has on sales. Our customers include companies like Aprila Bank, Høie, Nettbil, and TomWood, as well as a 2bNOK-revenue, publicly listed company in the Nordics that is not yet official. What they need isn't just a model. They need to turn those results into decisions: what to present to the board, where to shift the budget, and how to think about next quarter.
That's the role. You'd be the person our customers trust, owning the customer relationship from data and platform onboarding to translating model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for CMOs and CEOs. We call it "full service SaaS": we have to make the outputs valuable and actionable.
Today, this sits with the founders. We're looking for a driven, results-oriented person to work alongside the founders and take on responsibility, building on what we've done so far.
What the role looks like day-to-day:
- Onboard new customers, get their data in, get them up and running, set expectations.
- Be their ongoing point of contact, the person to have monthly/ quarterly updates with to understand what the model is telling them.
- Translate analytical outputs into strategic recommendations that land in a boardroom.
- Spot where customers aren't getting full value, and fix that.
To be direct: some of this is hands-on work, structuring messy data, chasing down missing exports, walking a customer through their dashboard for the third time. That's startup life, and we need someone ready to get their hands dirty. But that's the foundation, not the destination. As Odins and the product grow, so does the role and the person in it.
Because we're early in building the company, the role grows with you. Depending on what you're good at and what you care about, that could mean building the team, transitioning towards sales, shaping the product, or going deeper on the modelling side.
Drive for value creation and impact for the customer
- Analytical enough to understand complex statistical models and explain them simply
- Strategic thinker: connect model outputs to business decisions
- Clear communicator, especially with senior stakeholders. Expectation setting matters a lot in this role
- Motivated by building something from scratch at an early-stage company with international ambitions
Background that tends to fit (but we're flexible):
- Master's in business, engineering, or similar
- Experience from consulting, a marketing agency, or a relevant in-house role
- Some exposure to marketing, whether through projects, consulting, or a previous position
- SaaS or software background is a bonus
